Special Cables

BTC manufactures cables made to measure, according to the specifications required by our customers, designing on our part, any type of combination.

The variety of the product is unlimited, as we adapt to any requirement desired. Among other alterations we can include:

Conductor

• Tinned copper
• from 0.5mm2 up to 1.5mm2 class V.
• Electrolite copper.
• from 0.50mm2 up to 2.50mm2 class I
• from 0.50mm2 up to 4.00mm2 class II
• from 0.50mm2 up to 1.50mm2 class V
• Copper with mica glass tape.

Insulation

• PVC, PVC-105º, PE, XLPE, LSZH

Cabling of Conductors

• Mult-conductor, from 2 up to 37 conductors.
• Mult-pairs, from 1 up to 60 pairs.

Identification of pairs

• Conductors with numbering.
• With individual screen and numbering on the polyester.
• Twisting depending on the colour code.

Aluminium-Polyester screen on each pair or on the cabling.

 

Inner Sheath

• PVC, PE, LSZH. Black.

Armour

• .Steel wires, from 0.9mm up to 2.0mm diametre.
• Steel tape 0.20mm thickness.
• Steel wires braid, from 0.20mm up to 0.30mm.
• Copper wire braid of 0.20mm.

Outer Sheath

• PVC, LSZH. Colour to choosse from and the possibility of bi-colour.
• Cable identification can be engraved while hot or with ink, having the possibility of numeration by metre.
