Special Cables

BTC manufactures cables made to measure, according to the specifications required by our customers, designing on our part, any type of combination.

The variety of the product is unlimited, as we adapt to any requirement desired. Among other alterations we can include:

Conductor

• Tinned copper:
  • from 0.2mm2 up to 1.5mm2 class I.
  • from 0.5mm2 up to 35mm2 class II.
  • from 0.5mm2 up to 2.5mm2 class V.
• Plain copper.
  • from 0.20mm2 up to 2.50mm2 class I
  • from 0.50mm2 up to 35mm2 class II
  • from 0.50mm2 up to 35mm2 class V

• Thermocouple types K, T, J.

MGT

Mica Glass Tape on the conductor wire.

Insulation

• PVC-90º, PVC-105º, HDPE, XLPE, LSZH, EPR, CELL PE.

Cabling of Conductors

• Mult-conductor, from 2 up to 63 conductors.
• Mult-pairs/triples, from 1 up to 100 pairs.

Identification of pairs

• Conductors with numbering.
• With individual screen and numbering on the polyester.
• Twisting depending on the colour code.

Aluminium-Polyester screen on each pair or on the cabling.

Inner Sheath

• PVC, PE, LSZH, SW4, PA-12 Black.

Armour

• Steel wires, from 0.9mm up to 2.0mm diametre.
• Steel tape 0.20mm thickness.
• Steel wires braid, from 0.20mm up to 0.45mm.
• Copper wire braid of 0.20mm.

Outer Sheath

• PVC, LSZH, PE and SW4. Colour to choose from and the possibility of bi-colour.
• Cable identification can be engraved while hot or with ink.
• Numeration by meter marking.
