The Management of BTC IBÉRICA, S.A., company which works in the manufacturing of instrumentation, control and thermocouple compensation cables, defines, assumes and communicates the content of its Management Integrated Policy so as to, in every level, transmit its position relating the quality of its products, its commitment with the environment and pollution prevention.
This policy is supported on a line of action based on the continuous improvement in every aspect and on the prevention of pollution, as well as on the proper assignment of responsibilities to the members of the organization and on the achievement of the following strategic goals:

To ensure the fulfillment of the mentioned goals, the Management of BTC IBÉRICA, S.A. has established a system which considers the carrying out of internal audits, the holding of meetings about the evolution of the Integrated Management System and the aims and goals established by Quality and Environment, and the continuous follow-up of the satisfaction of the parties involved, thus ensuring the achievement of the objectives and the efficiency of the established Integrated Management System.
The organization of BTC IBÉRICA, S.A. is structured so as to ensure the fulfillment of the goals described in the Management Integrated Policy, the proper assignment of responsibilities and the observance of the current guide.
Factory control during the process:
In the control carried out during the process, we have at our disposal, continuous control apparatus, such as laser measures of diametre and thickness and Spark Tester and detector of defects on line. Besides the self control, electrical and measurement tests are carried out.
BTC has a fully equipped laboratory to carry out the tests that correspond to the raw material and also the finished cable, making all tests required by the standard. Among these tests, we have diametre thickness tests, coductor resistance, capacity/induction of pairs, high tension tests and so on. With the data obtained, a certificate is issued per each individual drum.
